To eliminate all potential risks, a dedicated specialist from Kronos Luxury Timepieces will personally deliver and hand over the timepiece directly to the client. We do not utilize any third-party shipping providers.

Every product is fully insured by Kronos throughout the entire transportation process until the client officially confirms successful receipt of the item.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

1. Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): Within 12 to 24 hours.
2. Other provinces and cities: Delivery time will be specifically advised by our specialist based on actual conditions and the client’s individual requirements.

Please note: During peak seasons such as holidays and Lunar New Year, delivery schedules may vary. Kronos will proactively update clients regarding the shipment status and itinerary.

4. Product Inspection & Secure Transactions

1. On-site Joint Inspection: Clients are kindly requested to inspect the condition of the product, reference number (Ref.), technical specifications, and accompanying documents together with the Kronos specialist at the time of delivery.
2. Delivery Confirmation: Any issues arising after the specialist has left, without an on-site inspection record, may be difficult to resolve promptly. Clients are encouraged to immediately notify our specialist should there be any discrepancies or concerns.
